Snowman Tag

Hi Guys!

While we were wrapping pressies I found that I was a few tags short, I decided to make some tags using the snowman cut file I posted a couple of days ago and thought I’d share them with you as he was a little disguised in the Snowglobe in the previous post.

I cut my tags from the Tags 1 set in a shimmer blue and also cut a white layer for the back to write my message on. I cut all of the snowman parts except for the coal eyes/mouth as I used gems instead. I hand cut some snow banks and drew on some falling snow with a white gel pen.

Santa’s Hat

Hi There!

I have a Santa’s Hat Cut File for you today and I have added a card base too if you would like to make some hat shaped cards, I think Santa hats would make great gift tags too.

I cut my card base in some shimmery red card and cut the fluffy parts in some white glitter card, I cut some Holly from the Cut File posted here and popped on a red glitter dome.

I have a friend who doesn’t celebrate Christmas due to a family tragedy so I always do bah humbug cards for her. Over the last few years I have heard of others who also don’t celebrate Christmas due to tragedies so there might be others who could use this as well.

I haven’t made a specific bah humbug cut file but I have styled my next card in a ‘bah humbug’ way. I hope this appeals to you, I think it’s cute :)

I have a new bendy card for you today but I haven’t made one…instead I used the central element from the bendy card and used it on a circle card, I love to get more than one use out of my craft stash including my cut files :) I’ve added the central element separately in the last couple of bendy cards so you can cut them out from a different colour to the card base or to easily and cleanly add glitter to it.

I cut my card base from some shimmery vintage gold card using the scallop loop circle card cut file minus the holes in the scallops. I cut 2 circle layers, one from glitter card and one from a text paper then I cut the central element from today’s bendy card in some more glitter card. I stitched around the circle layers before putting the card together and added some red gems for the holly berries.
