Lacey Circle Frames 3

Good Afternoon!

I see that Ali Reeve has her first show back on Create and Craft TV since she sold my design, it’s tomorrow (Friday) at 11am, will any of you from the UK be tuning in? ;)

Onto today’s freebie. I have a new Lacey Circle Frame for you today, this is quite intricate so I’d recommend a lightweight cardstock, approx 160gsm/65lb is what I’ve used for my card today. I used one of the blooms from Flowers 1 cut from vellum for the flower in the middle of my gingham bow and Banners 1 for the backdrop to my sentiment (Quigley Wiggly Font).

Doily Easel Card 3

Hi Guys!

Sorry it’s been a while since I’ve had a file to share with you here on my blog, I’m trying to get back into the swing of things though :)

I have a new Doily Easel Card for you, I have remembered to add all of the matting layers for the middle area and the base so you will find 4 pieces within the file. I made a Best Wishes sentiment circle to complete my card today so I’ve popped that below for you too :)

The vellum leaves and flowers came from Flowers 3 & Branches 1, I shaped them a little and popped pearls in the middle. I discovered the bow shape I used as my stopper today in my Make the Cut software amongst the basic shapes, there were quite a few useful shapes there so if you have Make the Cut check them out :)

Pyramid Box

Good Evening!

I have a Pyramid Box Cut File for you today, you will find the one-piece box shape within the cut file folder along with matting layers for all of the sides of your pyramid including the bottom. I designed the box to open at the bottom so you might need to add a little piece of tape or a sticker to hold it closed, especially if you add a ribbon to the top as I have and intend to hang it up.

I cut my box and added the side panels before I assembled it, trust me it is much easier to add them first :) Once assembled, I poked a hole into the top point of my box and threaded some ribbon through it then I tied a knot in the ribbon on the inside of the box. I tied a bow from more of the ribbon and glued at the base of my ribbon loop then popped a paper rose into the middle of it.
