more Halloweenies & Pillow Box

Hiyah!

I have a few little ones in my family and shall be visiting them before the spooky night itself so I’ll leave these treat boxes full with halloween-ey treats for them. I didn’t follow any plan for decorating my boxes, I know it shows lol, I just wanted to make them fun and bright for the children. Many of the shapes already existed in digi form so you have a choice of how to use them now and can you tell I had the pac-man ghosts in mind when I made that little fella?

I hope you find something here that will useful in your halloween projects :)

Great news!

The new comment/spam filter seems to be working like a treat which will leave me more time for crafting, you wouldn’t believe the amount of spam I have on a daily basis. But but but…your comments now only go through to moderation the first time you leave one here, from then on your future comments will pop up right away, cool huh?

I’ll be back with some more halloween-ey treat boxes tomorrow :)

Halloweenies

Good Evening!

I have a petal card or envelope cutting file for you today and a few halloween-ey cutting files too, It’s the 1st of October today so it’s ok to start my halloween projects now I reckon.

The petal card/envelope has been in my template section for a long while but it’s time I converted some of them to cut files although I have been agonising over how to handle the score lines. I toyed with the idea of not including score lines in the cut files and just adding them in the black and white gif file (just like the ones below) for you to follow as I don’t know if all digital cutters can cut open paths but I have settled with adding a dash line, it cuts fine on my CraftRobo/Silhouette and I hope it won’t cause any major problems. If it does please let me know :)

It may seem like I keep taking breaks from my blog and although I do get busy with other things from time to time, I am often working on things here, it just takes me a while to get things ‘blog ready’ sometimes. The process from thinking up and drawing images then creating cut files or digis from those drawings to then making the projects and getting them up on my blog can be quite slow but I am often here beavering away :)

— edit —

p.s. I’ve been trialing some spam filters and it may have left you unable to comment yesterday, it should be ok now…unless you are an evil spambot!! mwahahahahahaha
