Free Digital Stamps, Project Ideas

This week… – First Posted: Tuesday, October 06, 2009

What I thought I’d do this week is show 3 different ways that you can use a Digital Stamp, there are many more but I’ve picked 3 of them for this that you can do simply by altering the size of the digi before you print it. I will use the same Christmas Stocking Digital Stamp as a card embellishment, a gift tag and to create a shaped card. I’ve made a video of each and I will be posting them over the next week starting tomorrow with the stocking shaped card, you can see them all in the picture below.

Ornate Punch Card – First Posted: Monday, October 05, 2009

I was inspired by this project by Becca and thought I’d give it a go with a Papermania Ornate Punch I have and haven’t used yet, it isn’t a corner rounder punch but I figured it was worth a go. I wasn’t aiming at this being a Christmas card but the middle panel looked a little snowflake like so I added floral corners and a scallop centre with some ribbon. My bloke still says it looks like a Christmas card, oh well, a winter card it is then, a winter wedding card maybe? I used some green vellum I hadn’t used before which is a really pretty colour and added some flat backed pearls and foam pads for added dimension.

More glittery goodness – First Posted: Sunday, October 04, 2009

These are the alternative colour schemes I did my Glitter Frame Christmas Tree Card in, it took me a few days to get them all done and as you can imagine there was alot of glitter all over the place but it’s all done now. It’s way ahead of time but once I had decided that this was going to be this years card and I had all of the components out it seemed to make sense to carry on and do the lot.
