Christmas Card and Digi – First Posted: Friday, October 16, 2009

Todays card incorporates a sentiment which I changed to green and a new Holly Digital Stamp which I printed twice and coloured with markers. I gave the card a vintage feel by using some Memories dye ink in sand, I edged the sentiment using the smallest die in the Spellbinders Pendant Lattice set and added some 12mm ribbon.

How I change the colour and size of Digital Stamps + Video – First Posted: Thursday, October 15, 2009

This video shows the method I use to change the colour of Digital Stamps using Photoshop and how I re-size them using Word. The filming is a little shake-y as I was holding the video camera but I hope you can see how I do it clear enough. There may be other ways to do this but this is how I do mine and I’m no expert :)

If you want to print out your Digis in black then ignore the first part of the video showing how to change the colour and just follow the Word part.

Here’s the print out of the Rose Digi in 2 shades of pink

Digital Stamp 3 Ways #3 – First Posted: Monday, October 12, 2009

This is the third of 3 videos which show 3 different ways you can use a Digital Stamp simply by altering the size of the digi before you print it.

In this video I re-sized the digi to 3.5 inches and printed it onto 2 sheets of co-ordinating patterned paper from a Christmas paper pack by Papermania. I paper pieced the stockings and backed it with some lightweight card stock. I aged all pieces and the backing card with Memories dye ink in sand. I finished the project with some ribbon, a punched circle embellishment made with more of the co-ordinating paper and stamped ‘to’ and ‘from’ on the back.
