Hello There!
I’ve been having a good clear out of my crafting stash for the last few days, yup it took that long! I had stuff that I haven’t used for years and I’m certain I wouldn’t use again as the craft supplies I use now are very different from the ones I used to use so out it went. I’ve condensed my stash down quite a bit and tidied and re-organised as I went, wishful thinking I know but I suspect it won’t last for long hehe.
So, my goodies for you today are 2 paper packs in medium and large polka dots pastels and a cut file including 4 different rosette strips, one of each of the rosette strip designs and both paper packs feature in my card today. The rosette strips have scalloped and zig-zag edges, all you need to do is score down vertically in-between each scallop (or zig zag point) then fold along all scores, add tape to the ends to make a tube then form the circle by bringing the straight edge to the middle and gluing onto a circle of card stock. You can then add any embellishment to the center to cover the join, brads or buttons work great for this, my choice were some lovely pink-y coloured gem brads for today’s card.
I went for a pink and blue colour scheme for my card today, I’ve been feeling in a pastel mood of late for some reason and I followed a sketch from card patterns for my layout.
