I took apart a pillow box to make a template of it as I wanted to make some myself, I’ve posted the template below for you. Pillow boxes are a great package for small pressies like jewellery.

I printed the template on the reverse of my patterned card using a draft setting on my printer so it was pale and wouldn’t show through, I expanded it to fit widthways on my A4 (letter) paper in Word. I cut along the solid lines and scored along the dotted lines and added some sticky tape on the tab and stuck it on the outer under side. I punched a 1.5″ circle with some left over patterned card and cut a slightly larger one in plain cream card stock to form a tag and attached to my box with a length of 1/4″ cream ribbon. I have been asked if I could re-do the square card and cd envelope template without the score lines which is no problem at all, if you are happy enough with where the score lines go it is a good idea as your recipient will not see the dotted lines when they open your envelope. Here it is:

This is another one I made in a blue and grey colour scheme, the patterned paper is from basic grey. I added a tag after knotting the ribbon before I tied the bow.
