3D Flower Card

Good Evening!

I have a 3D Flower Card for you today, the petals bend forward to give you some 3D Dimension but they also fold flat to pop your card into an envelope. The main thing to keep in mind while assembling your card is to not add any adhesive behind your petals, just add some around the edge of the card front and in the middle.

I thought I’d share a recent but what seems to be a recurring problem while trying to photograph my cards…I have a photobomber!

Lilly jumps onto my desk and positions herself between me and whatever I’m trying to photograph as though she’s waiting for her close-up.

Daffodil Edge Card 2

Good Evening!

Today’s freebie is a rectangle Daffodil Edge Card, I made a 4″ x 5.5″ card.

As with my last Daffodil card, you can just cut the card base and you will have a stencil effect on the edge of your card or you can use the other 2 layers provided as well and sandwich some vellum or patterned paper between the stencil layers to create a window effect.

I used some pale yellow vellum in today’s card but you if you don’t have any coloured vellum you can use your alcohol markers to apply colour to the back of your vellum as I did in this tutorial.
