Retro Rose Envelope #2

Good Evening!

I have another rose design envelope for you today, this time it’s a petal envelope. There is the mixed flower petal envelope too which was posted recently if you’d like an alternative design.

The envelope will hold itself closed by overlapping each of the ‘petals’:

If you wrap a ribbon around your envelope it will hold it much flatter:

Retro Rose Envelope #1

Hiyah!

Do you remember the flower gate-fold envelope that I posted recently? Well, I have another version for you today with the retro rose design. This design always reminds me of weddings so I think it would be great to use for Wedding invites or for any other special occasion really.

This file gives you a square envelope and there is a hole on each side where you can pop in a ribbon to hold the envelope closed. You can slide your square invite in from the top or bottom without disturbing your bow.

Lacey Circle 2

Good Afternoon!

I have the last of my second lace-y set for you today, you can find the border here and the square frame here which both match today’s circle frame.

As with all of my more intricate designs I recommend  lightweight card/heavyweight paper of about 160gsm (approx 60 lbs), I used Xerox Colour Impressions for my lace circle, I cut it at 5.8 inches. I cut a 6 inch circle card from some heavyweight card, I measured the middle area of my lace circle and cut another circle slightly larger then covered both my card and the extra circle with patterned paper. I tied a bow in some Pink Tulip Seam Binding to match my patterned paper then added a pink heart button. I printed my sentiment in brown and sized it to fit inside a spellbinders die using these methods and sat it on top of a joy die cut frame. My last step was to mount all of my layers together with some 3d foam pads to add some dimension.
