Swirly Snowflake

Hiyah!

I have a Swirly Snowflake Cut File for you today to match the Swirly Christmas Tree that I posted recently, this time I’ve even thought to add a matting layer so you don’t have to worry about the old offset thingie ;)

My card is really quite simple but it looks so festive as it has a glitter, silver detailed vellum and a gem brad. I love that we can layer on the glitter and sparkle at Christmas.

Bauble Digital Stamps

Good Afternoon!

I’ve popped on to share some digital stamp versions of the bauble cut files in the last post as I know that not everyone has an electronic cutting machine and sometimes we just like to break the pencils or markers out :)

I made a little gift card today, I printed my baubles in grey and coloured them with Copics then trimmed with scissors. I made a 3.5″ scalloped card with a Nestability and die cut a circle to fit just inside which I embossed with a snowflake texture plate. I stuck some thread behind my baubles then adhered them to my card with a 3d foam pad and added a gold and silver bow with tiny glue dots.

Silver Ornaments

Hi Guys!

You know, it’s Christmas Day in exactly 3 weeks today! It seems so close all of a sudden but I have most of my shopping done and even did my food order a couple of days ago so I’m in pretty good shape. I have so many more projects planned though and I don’t know if I will have time to get them all in, I’ll just do as many as I can :)

I have another set of baubles/ornaments for you today, I don’t know what you’d call this shape but we had some like this on our tree as I was growing up. As with the Round Baubles, you have a plain version that can be used on it’s own or as a backing layer to the 3 patterned versions and the little metal topper too.

I cut my baubles from some mirror card to match the flourish in the paper, I stuck them onto my paper then pierced some holes in the paper and added some thread to make the ornaments appear as though they are hanging. I popped on a few gems and kept the rest of my cards silver and white and finished them with some silver seam binding and little silver bells.
